MIKE WILD F1 DRIVER
SEVENOAKS FERRARI
EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY
Mike Wildes was a British racing driver who participated in eight Formula One World Championship Grands Prix, debuting on 20 July 1974. Kent Ferrari Owners Club held a ‘Mike Wildes’ morning at Jardine Ferrari in Sevenoaks where Mike gave an interesting talk about his racing past and introduced us to his autobiography, ‘Life on the Wilds Side’
One of the most popular and successful of the UK’s racing drivers, Mike Wilds has a story like few others. This book is bulging with photographs and facts, wonderful stories and a driver’s eye view of many circuits. I was there with Faye from Revive Marketing to capture his visit to Jardines.
