WEBSITE UPDATES AND PHOTOGRAPHY
It is important to understand that your camera does not have the same capabilities as your eyes when it comes to seeing both bright and dark tones in a physical scene. Our eyes are very advanced, allowing us to see colours and tones no human-made device can come close to. This range of tones and colours is known as “dynamic range High Dynamic Range photography, or HDR, is a technique that uses multiple images of the same scene photographed at different settings, and then combined to create a single HDR photograph. Unlike RAW photography, HDR offers an even greater dynamic range of colours, clarity and depth of image.
You may ask, why use HDR over traditional photography?
As our example images show, the impact of a HDR image is far greater than a traditional photograph. It does not change anything within an image except its depth of colour and detail. If you want people to react to your products, HDR will immediately demand their attention. Vehicle photography is a great application for HDR as is Product photography and building photography as these subjects can really benefit from the enhanced features HDR offers. This example HDR gallery shows a few of the HDR images we have taken in London
