We accompanied iHowz to Portcullis Hs yesterday to take photographic images and reels of their meeting with various MPs to present their briefing to both the MPs and Lords yesterday in time as the new Renters’ Rights Bill was published
iHowz will be diving into the 214-page document and sharing our full response soon. But remember, it’s just a Bill for now. That means Section 21 and Fixed Term tenancies remain unchanged until this becomes law.
