HRB CORNISH RIVER TOURS
HELFORD PASSAGE, CORNWALL
WEB DESIGN, BRANDING, PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO
We use the wording ‘business consultancy’ in our marketing to promote our services. For us, our work with Helford River Boats has supported this statement to the full. Four years ago, we were asked to get involved with HRB from its initial purchase providing our marketing ideas, business plans and suggestions on how to grow the business outside of its physical constraints and look to attract sponsorship to support its future growth and plans. We find it hard to see how a professional website design does not consider the clients corporate direction and aspertaions.
Our initial work was to create a powerful and attractive ‘BRAND’ that reflected the professional attitude of its owner and his long-term success working in the city of London and other major international locations. We created the entire corporate theme that was then reflected across all POS, digital media, printed materials, transport livery and signage. The above ideas proved very successful and through swift growth, it became necessary to split the current HRB brand in half with a new website promoting the commercial side of HRB leaving the original website promoting the HRB leisure facilities.
Last season, the introduction of the HRB Cornish River Tours was launched making use of the unique HRB Dyson Sea Truck as the main boat carrying up to 12 passengers on its flat-bottomed hull making it able to accommodate wheelchair access direct from the beach, thanks to its wide ‘drop-door’ facility. We created new areas within the HRB Cornish leisure website to accommodate the details on this new Cornish marine service.
However, it soon became apparent that there was a need for a third website dedicated to this very popular Cornish river tour service. This was especially important as local hotels were keen to sponsor the River Tour website and use the new HRB Cornish River Tour service as part of their guest services programme. With this in mind, we created a new website for the new HRB Cornish Boat Tours followed by necessary adjustments to the other two existing HRB websites to interact with the new third River Tour website.
